Theatre Russian Ballet is happy to perform at the best stages of all over the world.
The theatre has successfully conducted more than 50 tours
worldwide including Japan, France, Belgium, England, Ireland, Spain, USA,
The Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Turkey, Estonia, Isle of Malta, Qatar, Chilie and
other countries.
Our ballet stars have participated in 10 international ballet
festivals.
Today the repertoire of the theatre "Russian Ballet" includes such
classical masterpieces as
"Swan Lake",
"Sleeping Beauty",
"Nutcracker",
"Giselle",
"Paquita",
"Chopiniana",
The Gala Concert of ballet stars "The Golden Age of St.Petersburg ballet".
The troupe of the theatre "Russian Ballet" both corps de ballet and soloists
are all graduates of the famed Vaganova Ballet Academy, the oldest ballet
school in the world (founded in 1738).
The main mission of the theatre is conserving the authentic choreography of the
Kirov (nowadays Mariinsky) Theatre. Each ballet is performed in its
original choreography.
In St. Petersburg for the last 20 years the theatre "Russian Ballet" has
performed on the stage of one of the best theaters in the world - the
Imperial Hermitage Theatre.
Now the company also performs at the stage of another beautiful theatre - Theatre "Aurora Palace".
Thousands of ballet admirers from all over the world are coming to these
beautiful theatres every year.
